Santhiram Engineering College successfully organized a One day Awareness Program on “Startup, Creativity, Innovation & Brainstorming at Workplace” in association with IE (I) Student Chapter Code - 518 and in collaboration with R&D IPR cell, on 31st January 2025. The session aimed to enhance students’ understanding of startup culture, innovation strategies, and brainstorming techniques to foster creativity and entrepreneurial thinking. The event began with a welcome address to all and highlighting the significance of entrepreneurship and innovation in today’s professional landscape. Ms. M. Sharmila Devi, the coordinator, provided an overview of the program’s objectives, emphasizing the need for creative thinking and problem-solving skills and followed by an insightful session by the resource person, Mr. B. Uma Maheshwara Reddy, who shared his vast industry experience and practical insights into entrepreneurship, innovation, and problem-solving techniques. He emphasized the importance of creative thinking, teamwork, and structured brainstorming in developing innovative solutions for workplace challenges.
