Good governance is a key for the success of the Institution. The Institution administration is well-structured, and each authority has well defined roles and responsibilities. The administration authorities are cooperative and responsive at all the Institutional related matters. The Administrative hierarchy is a five-level hierarchy. At the top of the hierarchy, we have Governing Body. The second level of the hierarchy is the Principal. The third hierarchy in the administration comprises of Head of the Departments (HODs), Deans, Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Controller of Examinations (CE), Administrative officer (AO) and Finance Committee. The fourth level of hierarchy is Faculty and various committees. The lowest level of the hierarchy is Staff.
The Governing Body of the College is the highest body in the administrative hierarchy of the Institution. Before beginning of every semester (usually in July and Jan), the members meet to discuss and approve the Institution strategic plans for the overall development of the college towards the Vision and Mission of the Institute. All the financial and academic plans shall be ratified by the body before they executed.
